Geelong Region Sauvignon Blanc

A Sauvignon Blanc that attempts to break the preconceived  notion of the variety. Initial fruit aromatics of orange blossom, lime, elderflower and freesia give way to subtle vanilla bean and cinnamon notes from an airbrushing of French oak. The palate displays initial passionfruit, hay, honeysuckle and nectarine fruit with delicate lemon custard pie flavours from time on lees. The layers of texture, complexity and persistent length are sure to challenge the Sauvie Blanc stereotype.
